At the dine.around, our gourmet restaurants in cooperation with Laurent Perrier will treat you in a very special way. With cuisine.unlimited on the Flimjoch, the Star Cup of the Chefs and the Ski World Cup of Gastronomy there are lots of highlights on the mountain as well. In the weeks from 31 March to 30 April, Ischgl's gourmet restaurants offer their special culinary arrangements, which you can book in the individual restaurants.

“Don’t you worry” – In Ischgl, the winter season won’t be going quietly! Quite the contrary, at the Top of the Mountain Closing Concert on 30 April 2024, we will celebrate the end of the ski season with a bang.
Alpine tradition meets state-of-the-art cuisine, and sophisticated dishes meet down-to-earth ingredients. Every summer, the local gourmet chefs serve up regional specialities at seven selected mountain lodges in Paznaun. The combination of top cuisine and rustic lodge flair creates extraordinary summer highlights and moments of enjoyment.
Initiated by the Tourism Association Paznaun – Ischgl, the culinary event has been taking place for over 10 years and since then has offered unique mountain experiences combined with alpine enjoyment.
In the heart of the Alps, where daring smugglers once took their goods across the borders on secret trails, a different adventure takes place today: the Ischgl Ironbike. Year after year, this legendary MTB event attracts courageous bikers from all over the world to Ischgl, who ride in the footsteps of the past and put their own endurance and skill to the test.
31 August is all about the regional products of the Paznaun. In the thick of it is the Paznauner Almkäse (alpine cheese), the region's flagship product, one might say. So the best quality is ensured right from the start. 10 alpine pastures and 3 alpine dairies make their way from their alp to the valley in Ischgl and present the unique alpine cheese to the guests. And that's not all...
"Everyone is a winner - everyone can become e-bike world champion". Whether you're a serious cyclist or you ride just for fun, we invite you to participate in the E-Bike World Championship open to the public - an event for everyone, known in Austria as "Jedermann".
Autumn in Ischgl is full of contrasts! In late September, Ischgl is fully taken over by the classical music genre and delights with a four-day festival of chamber music. Under the direction of local hero Daniel Kurz, several brass and string ensembles play nine concerts in various locations in Ischgl.
