General:
- The price includes our gourmet breakfast, evening buffet and the use of our Zalwonder wellness.
- Your room will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival, on the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10am.
- We kindly ask you to pay for your stay upon arrival - you can settle the bill in cash, with EC card, Visa or Mastercard.
- Arrival is possible until 9pm - if you arrive later, please let us know 24 hours before arrival.
- An e-charging station is located directly in front of the house - charging is based on charging volume.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
- A deposit of 30% is required to complete your reservation.
- With the exception of the cancellation conditions, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
Winter:
- The prices are per night plus local tax of € 3,- / person & day.
- When booking a short holiday (1-3 days) we charge a surcharge of € 20,- per day and person.
- Ski passes are available at the hotel by cash payment only.
- Parking available / € 8 per day and car (reservation required)
Summer:
- The prices are per night plus local tax of € 3,- / person & day.
- When booking a short holiday (1-3 days) we charge a surcharge of € 10,- per day and person.

Zalwonder Wellness Opening Hours / Interesting Facts:
Sauna Area: In good weather 03:00 pm – 09:00 pm | In bad weather 01:00 pm – 09:00 pm
The sauna area in our spa hotel in Ischgl is a clothing-free zone.
We appreciate your understanding that this area is accessible and a quiet zone for guests aged 16 and older.
SkyPool: In good weather 03:00 pm – 09:00 pm | In bad weather 01:00 pm – 09:00 pm
The entire pool area with terrace is closed from 09:00 pm. Caution! Entering the pool cover is not allowed – risk of drowning!
Our SkyPool is a textile area and is also accessible for children.
Cancellation conditions
- A paid deposit is not refundable
- Up to 3 months before arrival, 20% of the total price
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, 40% of the total price
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, 70% of the total price
- Within the last week before arrival, 100% of the total price
